The first Bolgheri Rosso DOC produced without added sulfites, it is the result of our commitment to a conscious viticulture that respects both the environment and the raw material. The Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah grapes come from our vineyards in Castagneto Carducci, grown on sandy soils of ancient marine origin and caressed by the Tyrrhenian sea breeze. Only the finest grape clusters are hand-harvested, carefully selected, and fermented in stainless steel, before aging in French oak barriques and terracotta amphorae, where malolactic fermentation takes place naturally. This Bolgheri Rosso DOC without added sulfites reflects our philosophy: simplicity, respect, and character. A sincere red wine that transparently expresses the richness of the terroir and the vitality of the fruit.
